Liina
Translator
Liina studied Estonian language and has a doctor’s degree in folkloristics. She is interested in people, languages, texts and translations, demonstrated by her work as a sign language translator, teacher and researcher. In our agency, she makes sure that the Estonian in our translated texts is spot on.

Martin M
Translator
Martin has received a BA degree in government and politics and a MA degree (cum laude) in comparative politics at the University of Tartu. After graduating he started working at the Institute of Government and Politics in Tartu, where he fulfils obligations both related to teaching and research.

Elmer
Translator
Elmer has studied philosophy and semiotics at the University of Tartu and is currently completing his Masters in Spanish. He has been an active translator for over seven years and worked with a wide collection of international publishers and agencies. His specialty field is economics and accountancy.

Saale
Translator
Saale graduated from the University of Tartu after studying German with English as her second subject. Since 2005, her main occupation has been translation. She has translated about 20 books into Estonian, most of them from German but some also from English. Besides translating, she has also began to take up writing. She has experience in legal, psychological and teaching texts, as well as technical texts in agriculture and construction. She also does consecutive oral interpretations.

Kadri has a Masters in Scandinavian languages. She has been translating for five with a focus on Danish, Finnish and English.

Martin K
Translator
Martin is currently studying I.T. at the University of Tartu, but he was an exceptional English student already at Miina Härma High School. Martin applied to work with us when he was only 18 years old, at which point he already outshone many of the professional translators in the industry. In his free time, Martin likes to absorb himself in technology and keep himself abreast of the latest IT developments.

Hendrik
Translator
Hendrik is in his final years of studying medicine in Estonia. He has also spent a year in France, and enjoys the experience he gets from doing medical translations at our company.

Liisa
Translator
Like many of our translators, Liisa got a good grounding in English at Miina Härma High School. She is currently studying medicine in Estonia, where she prefers to spend most of her time reading medical textbooks in English. This has given her a good base from which to work on English-Estonian medical translations.

Peeter

Peeter is currently studying medicine in Estonia, but has been a passionate musician since an early age. His music has often taken him abroad, leading him to translate both musical and medical texts at Ainult Inglise.

Kaarel

Kaarel was schooled in Tallinn English College, and is currently studying law at the University of Tartu. He began to translate medical texts already in high school, and this hobby of his has grown into a profession in which he has more than 5 years’ experience. Kaarel likes to translate legal, medical, medicolegal as well as technical texts.

Eva-Liisa

After receiving her schooling from the Tallinn French Lyceum, Eva-Liisa read law at the University of Tartu whilst also pursuing courses in biology and genetics. She is currently studying for a Master’s in law and translates legal texts for Ainult Inglise.

Karin
Translator
Karin too was well schooled in English at Miina Härma High School. She is currently studying Estonian language and culture, as well as accountancy. Karin worked in Holland for one summer, and was also part of a European team throughout a three-year project.
